Trouble!
Nine Months
Happy Halloween everyone! Here I am outside sitting by a pumpkin wearing my orange outfit. Festive. I am nine months today. I am really growing up. I think the next post will pretty much sum up what I'm in to these days.
What a boy! He goes straight for the sticks.
Just laying here. I love being outside!

It's basic and functional right now. We're working on adding some other things; family picture, audio clip, demonstration video clip, removing the handsome guy on the left side of the homepage and replacing with a much much more good looking fellow.
Tell us what you think!
We're excited about our new business!
Will's Nine Month Check Up
Well, I had my 9 month check up today and here are the stats:
Weight- 19 lbs Length- 29 1/4 inches
The doctor says I'm doing great! I have a little eczema and I have to take this stuff now called Miralax because my prune juice cocktail has not been doing the trick for the last 6 weeks. (Ok, that and every other natural laxative known to man: white grape juice, apple juice, fruits, vegetables, flax seed oil...) You could say I've been having a hard time. Hey, if my Aunt Susan can blog about it, so can I! She may pull a cancer card on that one, though : )
Eight months was my biggest month yet! I learned to crawl, clap, wave bye-bye, quack like a duck, stand up in my crib, and give kisses. And my mom wonders why I don't sleep all night! Geesh!
My Grandpas Come To Visit!
I got lucky and had BOTH Grandpas here to see me this weekend! My Grandpa S. came down with Bonnie for the weekend. He had a bagpipe competition on Sunday at Stone Mountain. We went on Saturday to check it out.
On our way home, we stopped for barbecue at Swallow at the Hollow. I had tons of fun and loved my barbecue :)
Nevermind the lemon, what's with the guy in the background?
They love it.
But not as much as I do!
We both wore our kilts.
Sunday afternoon, My Poppa Mathews came over. He was in town for some church meetings and lucky me, I got to see him, too!
This is me with both of my Grandpas.
And here I am with my parents in front of our house.

Barbecue and My New Favorite Toy
Today was a big day! I stayed with a new babsitter this morning while Mom and Dad attended some meetings for work. We had a great time. I hope she comes back soon! We also went to Dreamland Barbecue with some Heaven's Best guys. It was too spicy for me to try but I'm looking forward to trying Swallow at the Hollow with Grandpa next weekend!!!! Mom says they have the best barbecue ever. Maybe Mom will let me try their homemade bread.
Also, I have to tell you about my new favorite toy.
"The Ultimate Play-Date"
Mom and I went to East Cobb Park tonight to check out what was going on. We had a couple friends tell us about this cool event they have on Wednesday nights right in our community, so we decided to check it out. It's called the Ultimate Play-Date and it's sponsored by The Little Gym of East Cobb. It was fantastic! There were kids running everywhere! I just watched everyone. Mom said I could go crawl around but it was a little too intimidating-a 20 acre park! So I just stayed close on the blanket. I ate my dinner and we listened to music. They played classic hits by Van Morrison and even some pop like Kelly Clarkson and they played music for us kids to sing and dance to. I was really upset when Mom put me in the car to go home. I was having so much fun! I can't wait to go back next week!

Watch Out World, Here I Come!
I am so big now! I officially started crawling today. I've been taking a few little strides here and there but I usually fall on my tummy. Not so today, there were so many things to go after and nothing was getting in my way! My parents are so proud of me. I worked very hard for this! Mom says I take after Dad. Here's a couple videos of me doing my thing. These were taken in the evening. I didn't really want to crawl, I just wanted Mom to hold me but she had to get a video of my first day crawling!
I also started pulling myself up so I could reach and play with my LeapFrog table. I'm turning the page on the book-my favorite part of the whole toy. It makes a really cool ringing noise. I look at mom every time I turn it and we smile at eachother. (Mom thinks I look like Dad in this picture.)
Teeth
Well here they are, folks. Can you see them? They're tiny, but they're definitely there! My right side is through, my left is just peeking through my gums. My mom was trying so hard to get a picture of them. I don't like to show off.
Picnic at Piedmont Park
This weekend I went to Piedmont Park in downtown Atlanta with my family. This is where my mom and dad would go run on the weekends while awaiting my arrival
Mom and me. Just playing.
Cooler than cool.
Me with my Grammy. She came to visit for a few days and spoiled me rotten! Miss you Grammy!
